Preorder Policy

Rizer Mat does not exist yet as a finished, ready to ship product. It is currently in production, and available exclusively as a preorder. Placing a preorder reserves your unit and locks in the current preorder price of $199 (regular price $299) for the color you select at checkout.

Payment

Your card is charged in full at the time you place your preorder. We don’t split preorders into a deposit and a balance. The $199 price you see at checkout is the full amount you’ll pay.

Estimated ship date

Rizer Mat is currently in production. Preorders placed today are estimated to ship in 6 to 9 months. Production timelines for a first manufacturing run can shift, and we’ll email you with any material updates to your estimated ship date. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Changing or canceling your preorder

You can change your color selection or cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing hello@rizermat.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies.
