Preorder Policy

Rizer Mat does not exist yet as a finished, ready to ship product. It is currently in production, and available exclusively as a preorder. Placing a preorder reserves your unit and locks in the current preorder price of $199 (regular price $299) for the color you select at checkout.

Payment

Your card is charged in full at the time you place your preorder. We don’t split preorders into a deposit and a balance. The $199 price you see at checkout is the full amount you’ll pay.

Estimated ship date

Rizer Mat is currently in production. Preorders placed today are estimated to ship in Early Spring 2027. Production timelines for a first manufacturing run can shift, and we’ll email you with any material updates to your estimated ship date. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Changing or canceling your preorder

You can change your color selection or cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before it ships by emailing hello@rizermat.com. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund policy applies.
