Shipping Policy

Rizer Mat currently ships to addresses within the United States. Because Rizer Mat is sold as a preorder while it’s in production, shipping timelines work differently than an order that ships right away. See our Preorder Policy for details on estimated ship dates.

Order confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirming your order and selected color immediately after checkout.

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your Rizer Mat ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Because Rizer Mat is a physical, boxed product, transit typically takes 3 to 7 business days within the continental US once it leaves our warehouse.

Damaged in transit

If your Rizer Mat arrives damaged, email hello@rizermat.com with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
