Refund Policy

Before your order ships

You can cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email hello@rizermat.com with your order number and we’ll process it right away.

After your order ships

Once your Rizer Mat arrives, you have 30 days to request a return. To be eligible, Rizer Mat must be unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email hello@rizermat.com with your order number and we’ll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items

If Rizer Mat arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Just email us with a photo and your order number.
